FINMOLL provides the infrastructure, tools, and training for issuing loans to clients through offline offices. We were tasked with updating the outdated design of the company's online service for employees. To create a convenient and fast tool for efficient execution of business processes provided to new and regular clients. Create a multi-interface web platform.

PROLOGUE

In close cooperation with the client's team, we began a phase of researching competitors, employee expectations, and industry specifics. Auditing and analyzing the old service and interviewing employees who use the service daily in their business processes allowed us to form precise goals and objectives for redesigning the online service. An elaborated portrait of an employee helped determine the direction of the design.

PROCESS

MAIN OBJECTIVE

Change the appearance (design) of the online service ARM. The site should be as convenient and practical in use as possible, both when working on desktop screens, and on mobile screens (smartphone, tablet).

ADDITIONAL OBJECTIVES

  2. Quick access to all necessary information.
  3. Possibility to use the service without applying to the support service.

USER PROFILE

The online service is intended for internal use by company employees.

The employees are young girls/boys under 30, students. As a rule, they are confident users of computers and smartphones. Simplicity and speed of business processes are important in their work.

CREATIVE CONCEPT

An employee can easily find information about customers. Answer all of the customer's questions about the company's products. Arrange a money loan. Sell additional insurance.

PROTOTYPING AND DESIGN

Developed and rendered an interactive design of the entire online service.
